We don't have a lot of formality (for example, job titles, hierarchies) at Slater Hill. What we do have is a company culture that values freedom (your working location, your hours) and a self-driven career (rewards for initiative and speaking up; choosing the technologies you want to learn and the roles you want to take on).
Our focus is on implementing collaborative technologies like Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, intranets, document management, process management and workflow. But with our 360-degree focus on our clients' success, we're called on to select, learn and implement all kinds of stuff (.NET? Node.js? Salesforce? Delphi??? Sure, why not?)
Finally, the last thing we'll make you do is send us a resumé, and additionally copy and paste every detail from your resumé into some hiring software that's designed to screen you out of the running. God, that sucks, no?
